I'm applying for a loan w/Divine Lending Solution has anyone been burnt by them? Please let me know before I apply for a loan

Iam preparing to have a mortgage out w/Heavenly Financing Options plus they are requesting upfront INCH, 347.00 before they insert my cash to my acct Iam just-so frightened due to all of the issues Iam studying w/additional Financing businesses what Iam requesting is Has anybody been robbed but the corporation before or if anybody has gotten financing from their store and there isnot a problem.
