This is a scam

I had filled out a loan app. On the net. Someone call me back from this company stating that they were Robert Blake ext. 225 and that i had been approved for a loan.in order to get my loan i would have to send a security payment of $865 and that would cover my first 5 month. DONT do it. I did do it then i was told there was a problem and would have to send another 865 to insure the loan but that didnt sound right. So i ask for a refund. They told me i would get it in 3-5 hours but i never got it. I call the number back and was transfered to a Frank Carrol. He to told me i would get a refund but they had problems with the system so they would mail it by fed ex over night. This was Dec. 28 i still have not gotten anything and the number isnt working
