Unauthorized debit to personal checking account Internet

I completed a purchase for $1.95 for CD; authorized expenditure on 5 Sept 08 from my checking account by Grant Serach Assistant. The CD arrived broken, unable to use it. Senders address: 2620 S Maryland Parkway #969, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Postage permit #1129 from St. George, UT 84770 (yes, yes, I know. This should have told me something!) Raven Media produced the CD.information inside CD packet customer support phone at 1-866-396-5718. Guess what... You remain on line forever... No one ever picks up this phone.

The following are the unauthorized debits to my checking account and the names used

11 Sept 08 Business Source phone # 1 866 509 5275 (no longer a web site)

15 Oct 08 New Grants phone # 1 866 354 5541 (no longer a web site)

12 Nov 08 Get A Grant phone # 866 524 7754 (no longer a web site)

11 Dec 08 Grants dollars today # 877 624 3557 (yes, you guessed, no longer a web site!)

13 Jan 09 Best Grant for you 800 235 1826 (no longer a web site)

Each debit was $49.50. No authorization given for this debit. No small print stating there would be additional charges for the requested CD. My receipt documents following information:
