They are very rude and treat you like your lower than pond scum, they give no written documentation

They are trying to collect on a payday loan that I apparently took out in December. Telling me that I have to pay the amount in full, they will not work with you on anything, and the funny thing is I believe that I paid this off in full. I am working with my bank. They are threatening to contact legal counsel, Laura (who contacted me) was rude, nasty, and down right mean.
