Credit card chase rip off on 4.99% life of the loan perfect long time customer never late payed more than min. On time - added bogus finace charge termed as a purchase and tripled min payment

Chase Bank Credit Card Came up with a new policy to take advantage of Customers who pay their bills on time. I have been a good and faithful customer since 2001 I took advantage of an offer they sent me for a 4.9% balance transfer for the Life of the Loan. I paid on time and I paid at least $100 over the min. Payment.

So because of my perfect record they could not increase my rate, they did some fancy foot work and almost tripled my min. Payment this month and added a $10.00 transaction fee. I called and I got a very cold response that they had sent the change information out and that the $10.00 fee would be added every billing cycle.

Well that $10.00 fee is under the 15.24% catagory under purchases. I have not made any purchases. So every payment I make I will only be paying off the lower interest rate balance and the $10 purchase at! 5.24% will be racking up and up and up.

Havent we been ripped off "Enough" by the banking system?

I can afford to pay this off and I will, What about those who cant? What about those who cant afford their min. Payment jumping to 3X what it was the month before?
