Secure Pay, Authorized Net Beware of ripp-offs, gross incompetence by Customer Service reps and managers, false promises to help you

After 3 years of being a reluctant customer, I can't take the INSANITY anymore!!!
Too many issues and complaints to go into detail about here, plus my hands are numb from typing some much today about these rip-off companies.
But the main gist of my disgruntlement is this: 4 years ago, a sales rep for Pipleine Data (Betzhy Sanders) somehow signed me up with another company, Authorized.net to bill me $15 a month... For nothing I every knew about NOR authorized! After 2 years of continually seeing $15 auto deducted from my bank account, I finally investigated, complained, and then was told I could not get a refund, because I never complained earlier about the charges. But now get this... This is the best part: I NEVER, EVER ACTIVATED AN ACCOUNT WITH AUTHORIZE.net, and never once created a password or logged onto it!!! I was simply charged for a service I didn't want and didn't need. I finally tracked down the president's office of Authorize.net, but they have only given me the run-around-for the past year. I'm screwed out of $360! But there are many more issues regarding Pipeline dаta: primarily, this company is made up of young people that sound like teenagers or early 20 somethings. They never fully grasp stories or scenarios that you painstakingly explain to them, and they are often quick to promise you help and further research - but then completely throw your issue out the window and never call you back. Then, a week later when your $2,750 has not yet been forwarded to your bank account, they claim they never received your faxed authorization showing that your recently changed your bank account. This exact situation has happened to me twice in the past 2 years... Each time I changed banks. PIPELINE DATE ONLY SEEMS TO HIRE COMPLETE IDIOTS WITH VERY LOW BUSINESS SKILLS AND INTELLIGENCE!!! Please, be very careful when deciding whether or not to do business with this rag-tag group of high school nerds!!!
