Rip off do not trust threat of being taken to court

My experience with this company is the same down to the T as the other reports. I was contacted by the compayny told to wire money over there to get my loan released. Upon doing so i was told my funds will be released within 10 hours. I contacted them when my money was not in there and they told me that i would have to pay another 2900 to get the loan released. Now i could not do that so i asked for a refund and they agreed and said the money would be sent to me within 30 business days.

Well the other day i called because my money was still not here and i asked if they knew when my refund check was sont out. I got the following response, now mind you the people im talking to are the same as in the other reports. They told me that it was a good thing i called becasue i wont get my 720 back, the bank siad i have to pay the 2900 or they will take me to court and that the due date was today.

Now i have had no contact with them or no bank has contacted me to let me know of anything so i sought help from a loan officer here in town and he told me it was a scam, and that they were just tryin to get me to send the money. Now if i had sent the money i would have been out 2900 and still no loan so be careful and dont trust this company, i am also thinking of taking legal actions now that i was threatened by this company.
