EWC Payments Fraudulantly charged 39.99 from my bank account

I received a notice from my bank this morning that there was a charge on my debit card. I was able to get my card canceled and now have to wait 5-6 days and freeze any additional in coming charges. The charge will not be removed untill I return the dispute form that they are sending out for me to fill out, sign and return.
