Collecting on payday loan that has already been paid

I got to admit, that I took out a payday loan for 200 dollars... BIG MISTAKE!!!

Well i paid off the balance in full by the next pay period, I thought I was done... NOT well they took out an extra 50 dollars to my account i was on to what they was doing so I closed my Account ASAP! Well now they have posted it to my transunion and Experian Credit report I disputed them both and Experian REMOVED IT but TRANSUNION came back as VERFIED!!! WTH??? I called my ATTRONEY GENERALS OFFICE and was told in the state of North Carolina payday loans as well as online payday loans are Illegeal and NOT collectable under any circumstances!!! They also said they CANNOT put it on your credit report because the contract is consider null and voided cause they are illegeal and a no collectabile debt

Iam in the process with another dispute with Transunion again and let them know the stuiation so Iam just waiting to here an repsonse in 30 days. Wish me luck!
