Rip-off $79.95 was taken out of acct. Without authorization

I went to a link on the internet to receive this "free" credit report... No fees right??!!! Well as of today there is a $79.95 transaction taken out of my acct and I want it put back in. I never authorized anyone to take money out of any account, and I see that others are getting abused by this company also.
I sent an email to request refund in full and have not heard back from them yet, as I did not have a phone number to call them personally. If there is such a thing, please let me know what it is. Thank you.
