Capital First Credit Card ripoff took money from account secured credit card can't use or reach them fraud business

This company called me on the phone asking me if I was interested in a mastercard. I said yes they explain it was a secuered card and that I had to put a deposit down so I did. I have yet been able to use the card and I cant even get in touch with the company there phone is always busy. I just was trying to make my credit better. Now all I want is my money back.
