Dont think they can get away with calling at work?

Calvery claims i owe an outstanding debit with them ok so i called them to get a copy of the contract they say i signed. Calvery told me that they hired vision financial to handle my account. Calvery gave me the number i called them ask for a copy of the contract (to prove i owe this) i first spoke to a lady who told me that i needed to speak to her supervisior.

Thats when it started the man was so obscene and vulgar told me i was not getting anything outright refused to provide anything to prove i owe this. Then started to yell and curse me and telling me how worthless i was and called me a few obsene names. (i was so embarresed that my coworkers had to hear all this while i was on my job) I hung up on him and he called my job 4 times after. He was told by my manager to not call me again AT WORK.

Im outraged that he has a job or that he can talk to anyone that way. He said he wasnt in customer service... He thought he would put me in tears and i would pay this. I refuse to deal with this person. Where are my cival rights put in place? Its ok for him to talk to a ANYONE that way. And why he persist to call my job. Im a single mom with 2 children i dont need my job at risk. Calvey and (or) vision owes me an explanation. Is it in training to do what deemed neccessary to close this account? I want to know what my RIGHTS are? And intend to find out...
