Criminal non-support/defrauding of child support

Walt Hommerding is highly manipulative, intimidating, violent and aggressive. He abused his girlfriend for a four year period including when she was pregnant withholding food, shelter and physically punching her in the stomach at eight months term. He then threw his one month old baby out of his home at 3am without any financial means nor support causing Leesa to have to rely on random strangers of Newport Beach to provide diapers and formula for his own newborn while working for Shearson Lehman as a stockbroker.

When Leesa tried to stabilize, he would stalk, criminally harrass and revictimize her with physical acts of punching, kicking, pinching, grabbing, pushing, hair pulling near to breaking her neck and screaming so loud in her ears near to deafening her. He would spit in her face, throw her out of the car leaving her in unsafe places in the night compromising her safety and baby's safety. THIS MAN IS AN UNCONSCIENABLE PSYCHOPATH!!!

Leesa fled him and his abusiveness and never modified the court order in Orange County Superior Court to date because of the following.

1. Walt's infliction of physical abuse caused a lifetime of perpetual fear.

2. Walt's threats of more violence, aggressive overtones and refusal for any reasoning deterred Leesa.

3. Until recently, Leesa resided out of the USA.

4. Walt's manipulative lies leading her to believe he was poor and penniless quite opposite to the 'hush money' Walt offered his son.

The recent findings of fraud portray a man who lived a life of substantial means, including buying a diamond ring for his new wife while possessing his new title of SR VP of Wachovia Securities and written emails to his now 21 year old son saying he cannot afford to pay for the third year University due to his 'new' responsibilities.

Walt failed to provide income and expense declarations to the ORANGE COUNTY SUPERIOR COURTS since 1988 to reflect his truthful earnings to DEFRAUD Leesa and his own son out of monies.

A JUDICIAL REVIEW IS UNDER WAY to MODIFY AND COLLECT ON ARREARS OWED that were spent on the betterment of Walt's preoccupation with superficial materialism and his own vanity.

Walt lacks fundamental values and virtues and is a bonafide deadbeat dad and woman abusor with testimony of many unbiased people who witnessed this man's cruelty and inhumanity toward Leesa and his own son.

Walt has made zero efforts in ever seeing his son, who is now 21 and speaks of his father as being only a stranger due to not having any relationship due to Walt's own choosing. Walt can however go away on business trips, honeymoons, Christmas vacations, but has never once made any attempts to see his son, including not sending an airline ticket.

This man is dispicable and is the epitamy of a con artist, charming his way throught the last twenty years, fooling the entire good citizens of Newport Beach while helping them with their own family's tax and educational savings planning, in the very breath of STEALING HIS OWN SON'S.
