Rip Offs Rude, Demanding, Threatening

I applied at one apartment complex, was denied due to a Telecheck Report I wrote a check 5 years ago to one of those cash-in-advance places

I ran out of money, I didn't pay them back immediately, but I made arrangements with the a collection company. I paid off the money, but Telecheck still has me listed as a bad debt (remember I paid it off 5 years ago) I called the aholes, told them the debt was paid and they made no effort in assisting me with the situation.

I will write a letter to them threatening with slander and defamation of character if it is not removed. I have a wonderful lawyer, so cost is no object. To all of you out there having problems with this company, It's time that someone stands up, that person is me. It's time to kick A* and leave no names!!!
