I signed up for a free grant search by paying $1.98 for a 7 day free trial. My 7 days were up before I even received the CD so I cancelled over the phone. The rep I talked to told me I was within the 7 day grace period so I wouldn't be charged anything - I was anyway! When I called the toll free number, I was put on hold forever. The option to press 1 and leave a message does nothing. I am writing the Attorney General next to get these people out of business.
