Fairbanks Capital Aka Loan Servicing predatory lender Rip-off

I believed after reading all the reports about this company I fiugred it out that I am definitely a victim like other. Back in October Washington Mutual sold my account to Fairbanks Capital Corp and said that Fairbanks will contact me. October past and November arrived so i called the 800 no. Of Fairbanks Capital Corp but was told i have to wait because my file is not in their record yet. It also mentioned 60 days and call them back and they will direct me where to mail my bill.

December arrived and said on the letter that I will be serviced by The Loan Servicing Center in Phoenix, Az. January they wrote my lawyer and wanted to remove me from bankruptcy so that they can foreclose my house. Meanwhile my lawyer went to court and asked lawyers to see if we can make arrangement because now I am on arrear. They negotiated with a month 1/2 payment every month until i cover my late payment w/c is no fault of mine in the first place. I mailed my first payment to them just taking chances but decided to cancel that check because I was not sure.

I pay $2642.00 every month and 1/2 of that is $1321.00. This is impossible to meet by ordinary people not making money like bill gates. I believe i am entitle for not being charge for those months that they never contacted me at all until December.

I have called them and $2642.00 going around is too much to lose. I need somebody to help me and I am willing to join the class action. We should stopped this behavior specially with the economy nowadays they have to give us a break.
