Poor customer service

I would like to say that I have previously recommeded Titlemax to friends and family - that will NEVER happen again. Corporate headquarters needs to be aware of their employees behavior. A female employee named Christa, in Hermitage, TN has completely discredited your company and because of her venomous attitude and unwillingness to work with my family - I will not ever recommend the company again. So sad that bad apple spoiled the whole bunch!!!
