Charged credit card after cancelation

In November I had been billed $11.95 twice towards my charge card. After I registered for "Free" Credit Report.com I believed it had been "free." I guess not. I named and obtained one cost of $11.95 back, however they couldn't return both costs. I mentioned Ok. Atleast I acquire some cash back. I ended the consideration. Below it's January. I'm once more billed two funds of $11.95. I contact the organization to inform them that I've previously ended my bill together and so I must no further be receiving billed and that I want to obtain my cash back. They claim there's no preceding information that I've named them-and they'll not return my income. Bear in mind I'm students and also have no-income. I'm mad and begin crying about the telephone together. They nevertheless inform me they CAn't reimbursement my income. And so I keep in touch with a boss, who informs me the same. And so I request to keep in touch with somebody greater. This guy was really rude. He consequently offered me my cash back. But did so with perspective and hung-up on me and would not I'd like to clarify my scenario. He actually had the nerve to inform me that I had been laying about my prior phone! This type of person scum! Do not drop for that FREE CREDIT HISTORY advertisements!!! They're not FREE!!
