Our boy acquired an unsolicted 'credit card' from Low-Pay Card. The one thing he approved was 'addtional info' and we've now been billed two costs amounting to 118.95. He didn't approve this charge or did he trigger the card. He's processing a using the AG and FTC. If these folks contact you, tear-up any notice and not, actually contact them. I've no idea where they got his bank account info but I'm sure the AG will see out.
