Bitten by both scams. Personal credit, and the fake LLC

After reading the two people that have filed here, I went to the address in Mckinney today to see what I could see. Guess what, it is a UPS store. I entered into an agreement with COD back in November after checking some refrences and what I could find out online. All seemed in order. After meeting Paul at his LBJ office, I was convinced he could help.

The next few times we met, it was at a Starbucks, or a store, as I was to busy to go all the way to Dallas. I just thought he was being helpful. As it turns out, he probably did not have an office then. The day I went to the office on LBJ, I thought it kind of odd that there was none there but him. (should have been a red light!) After he stopped returning my phone calls, (about December 15th), I started to get really nervous, but chalked it up to the busy holidays.

January 6th now, and no reply to phone calls or emails. Thats when I went back to the web, and found the reports here. Just so happens he vanished right about the time these reports were generated. So goes the fool I am to have trusted him. I know a couple others that have gone down the same way. Looking back, I NOW see the tell tale signs of a rip off artist. To late for me now. Just hope he gets whats coming to him... in this life, or the next.
