They have taken out $29.95 on December 31.2008 and then again on January6. I have no idea why they are doing this to me. I never authorized them to take anything out of any kind of accounts

This IDOTLOCK.com has taken money from my wifes account without any type of authorization. They have as of now on January6 taken $29.95 and alos on December31. Ihave no idea why they have done this to us, but i would like to know.By them doing this it made my wifes account over drawed on the 31 of December. This is not right for people or companies to do with out anyone knowing or authorizating. I feel that something should be done with these kind of people or companies. Thank you
