This Bank is such a Fraud

Wells Fargo Mortgage is the most awful bank to do business with. They have about 400 call center reps that pass you on the phone to about 20 different ones because they don't even know or understand how the banking business functions. As for trying to help homeowners stay in their homes is such a scam. What all the homeowner's need to do is get together and file a petition that must be sent to President Elect Barack Obama to make him aware of what really is happening with the mortgage foreclosures. As far as I am concerned there is no such organization as "Hope for Homeowners" and if there is such an organization then why in the world is nothing being done to help us homeowner's who are having hardships making our monthly mortgage payments to this bank.

I know that there are many homeowners who are up-side-down with the value of their residences. Meaning if you purchased your home for 225,000 in 2006 and you owe an interest only 30 year loan for a balance of 215,000 and your home is assessed and valued at 160,000 then you have no equity in your home and your paying taxes on the purchase of the home leaving you in a critical situation especially when you lose your job, health insurance and have to dip into your credit cards till they are maxed out to survive. The economy is at its worst since the 1930's, no jobs, homes devalued, loss of health care, high credit card payments and this is just a tip of what is a true reality that we Americans face today.

So having said all this, why don't we all group together and sign a petition to the new President Elect Obama asking him for his support and to look into this scam with Wells Fargo.

Amazing, you can't even contact them especially when they lie to the homeowners that their home is being modified for a reduction in mortgage payments. They give you 100's of phone numbers to call and heaps of fax numbers to fax your hardship letter. They assign you a Loss Mitigation Analyst who you can't even contact because he does not accept phone calls or emails. The emails are for internal use only. Then when you call them again to see the course of action where your loan modification status is being analyzed, they then tell you that another Loan Mitigation Analyst is working on your hardship situation. I am so disgusted with Wells Fargo; I would not refer them to my worst dog. Perhaps some political guru that has some clout will show some authority, scrutinize and investigate the problem with Wells Fargo Mortgage Bank.
