Advanta bank change interest from 7.99 till paid off to 37.18% with no justification or notice philadelphia

I opened my recent Advanta Statement and noticed they changed my rates to 37.18 pct without any notification and there representative Valentina (code DOV) offered a $100.00 credit, I was furious at this highway robbery attempt. This bank really underestimates your intelligence. I will refuse to pay till this account is sorted out. I will put this in dispute and report to all necessary agencies. They are crooked and trying to steal in this time of recession.

I will recommend everyone and I am sure there will lots of Advanta victims to find a Law Firm or your state attorney to file a First Class Action against this bank. I am standing up and will not let them cheat me.
