Overcharging / can't cancel acct

I'd like these costs quit today... I've a statement where they got out $12.95 on Dec. 15 twice, 2 times on a single date. I've two distinct research figures, but can't appear to understand this ceased. Please support!!! It has been continuing for more than 9 months. How do you quit these charges, I don't possess the cash to carry on spending my charge card charges. Please response by return email with every recommend on which I will do to prevent this. Thanks for the help...
