Unauthorized Charges

I requested a FREE TRIAL OFFER and decided to pay delivery of $4.95 that was billed to my charge card on 11/16/08. Upon study of my charge card I've an unauthorized costs out of this organization dated 12/01 for $79.95 and another cost dated 12/16 for $79.95 it was completed without my agreement or charge card agreement. I named 877-317-0189 and was informed to email my criticism to verifyyourorder.com. I've had this mastercard since 1998 and today it appears like I'll need to stop it and obtain another. Additionally consider extra costs from some organization named www.fit-fac.com (I had been billed $19.95 on 12/08)
