Scammed me out of $1440

The company scammed my family out of $1440 just before Christmas. My family is devasted not only was our holiday ruined but our financial obligations can not be met as I sent this scam company all our money on the assurance that I would secure a loan within 24 hrs. I don't believe we will ever recieve a refund as Randy Carlton the customer service rep who contacted me the day after I sent the money was rude and abusive. Also he requested a send another $1440. This company is a complete scam perpertrated by the most vile sort of criminals. Do not send them any money. I dealt with a Mr. Andrew Brenner who seemed like a genuine company rep but was in actuality just a crook. I have reported these crooks to the FTC, FBI and BBB and encourage all those scammed by this company to do the same. These people are preying on our current economic situation and should be punished.
