Unauthorized charges

One month ago (November), my bank notified me that my account was overdrawn. I had not used this account for three month prior to this notice. They showed me that $14.95 had been charged every month, for at least 6 months (they can't go back any further), from BusinessMax. I am not familiar with this company. After some internet research, I found that Vistaprint.com is affiliated with BusinessMax. I have made two purchases from Vistaprint, one last year and one last October.

I have tried to contact BusinessMax via telephone. They wanted an account number in order to further the call. Obviously, I do not have an account with them. BusinessMax has systematically and monthly deducted money from my account without my authorization or knowledge. Payment in full to Vistaprint.com was made at time of purchases.

Fortunately, my bank will now block any further charges from BusinessMax. Unfortunately, I have had to cancel my debit card and re-establish a new account with my bank, because of this scam operation.

If there is a class action suit, please include and notify me. This is no doubt, a Rip Off Organization.
