Inc American Shoppers Lottery Scam where I have won a 125,000

I am an unemployed adult college student and economic times are very difficult right now and to get a $4,980 dollar check in the mail (Jan. 1st) that is a scam from Upper Fox Securities Inc is just mean and then to add insult to injury the letter promises $125,000 that I allegedly won. I want them exposed and put out of business. I did some research on the web and found others that had been scam by the same company as late as November and they are still in business and to add I want to know how they got my name. I have experienced identity theft just last year and I am really concerned. Please help.
