Why do SLM NEVER! Receive my monthly checks? Even when they cut the check themselves they say they never received it! I am totally fed up with this company - I send them payment - they say they don't get it and I end up paying extra interest and charges to them. If any of you out there are experiencing the same kind of thing - please please please tell the Better Business Bureau about it because right now they say I am the only one having problems. This company rips you off left right and center and it is time it was stopped!
