RIP-OFF Why can't this den of theives be stopped? Where's JUSTICE? Put Ocwen & all their law firms that clean up their dirty work to jail

When is the "madness going to stop? I have been fighting Ocwen for seven years and for almost three years now they (Ocwen & their attorneys that clean up their dirty work) have been tring to foreclose on my home of 15 years.

The original loan amount in 1988 was for $84,000.00 and since it was transferred to Ocwen in 1996 the owed amount has just popped up and is now a whopping $143,000.00 with all of their bogus charges added on.

I have been able to fight them off until 10/1/02 when they allege that they foreclosed on my prperty. I did all my homework and there was no evidence anywhere that my home was posted for foreclosure on that date! Now via their great law firms (Baxter & Schwartz, Hughes, Watters & Askanase ans Moss, Codilis, Stawiarski, etc.) are tring to evict me through the State courts. On the first appearance (before Christmas) the Judge granted Ocwen a judgement and I appeale it to County Court (what a joke).

Less than 24 hours before (last week) the 1/20/03 court date I received my notice which was dated 1/28/03. I called the court and I was told that if the other party (Chris Clay with Baxter & Schwartz) would agree to reset it then the Judge would consider it. I called and Mr. Clay was out of the office, but his secretary called him on his mobile phone (probably out buying him a brand new Armani suit & alligator shoes with our money) and that she would call me back with his answer. My question was; why was this member of the pack of wolves he runs with going to agree to change the date because if I didn't show they would win by default.

His secretary called me back and told me that he said "he was in no way going to agree to changing the court date becaus ehe had already made all needed reservations and if he was to change the court date then he would lose money on the reservations. Sounds fishy??? When did he receive his notice?

I have been able to understand some of their "warfare tactics" through an aquaintance that Kweku Hanson put me in touch with in which is battling Ocwen himself. If you might need his assistance, contact me and I will pass his name along to you.

At this point I don't know where I stand, but "two can play that game"!! Ocwen watch out because the big bad wolf is going to blow your house down. Please pray for me as well as yourselves because God's wrath is going to come down on them very soon! Before I prayed for my enimies, but now I ask God to take over and help me fight them. We will prevail!!! If I was an Ocwen employee I would start looking for another job!

All I want to do is sale my home and move to a relaxing location, put this behind me and start over! This has cost me my 12 year old business, severe health problems, great financial difficulties as well as having no life outside of fighting Ocwen!
