Let money be illegally taken from my account, bogus overdraft fees, not honoring automatic payments

This credit union admitted incompetence in paying a bogus check that came through my account from Telecheck... Twice. Totaling over two hundred and forty dollars. All that was offered to me was removing the 25 dollar fee the credit union had charged me.
They said they could not get the money back, even though it caused me to be overdrawn... TWICE.

They were supposed to put a stop payment on a third from another company. An unauthorized charge. They did not.

So for the second month in a row, they will be taking over 400 dollars of my just over 600 in disability. Yes, I am disabled from a car accident 9 years ago.

I had already called the credit union before any of this happened and informed them that I had filed an FTC complaint against Telecheck, that an investigation had begun and the credit union assured me that Telecheck would not be able to access my money. WRONG.

To make matters worse, I didn't find out until tonight, in the small print on the Locations page of the credit union website, that they will be holding ALL Social Security Money and NOT posting it until January 2!! Even though Social Security ALWAYS puts the money in my account before all holidays. Direct Deposit, for December 31st. But Financial Plus won't let me touch it.

I have bills scheduled to be paid. On the 31st. I also have no food in the house right now as I type this.

What right do they have to hold on to the money of the Disabled when Social Security deposits it earlier??? This has never happened to me.

Also, good luck setting up automatic payments... They don't happen. My mortgage is supposed to be automatic, they didn't pay it. I have never missed a payment, ever.

Until I went from Chase Bank to this credit union, I did not have these problems. It is totally insane.
