Where is my money!

I acquired a wal mart money card for holiday, i'd $35.00 onto it. For your past 14 days i've been obtaining a text on my mobile phone about my stability, it has been lower and lower every time and i understand i am not using my card so where's my money heading? I ought to have 35 bucks and today it saids 20 bucks, i understand it costs you 5 bucks a friday. Although not 5 bucks per week! Plus i have'nt received my new card within the mail and that iam unsure i'd like to! I am going to use our 20 bucks i've left today and say forget this shit!
