No rebate for gas

I acquired a gasoline up america discount book. I had been to submit a bill along side among the deals within the guide, and so I may get a refund for that gasoline of $20.00 for every discount. On Dec. 8th 2008 m I submitted the 2nd coupon. I was werry about this but gasoline up delivered me a look for the first coupon, 1 5 weeks following the first coupon. Anyhow following the 2nd discount was submitted I obtained a notice stating that used to do not follow the conditions and situation of the present and also to study Number 1-#16. I did so exactly the same exect factor that I did so the very first time, using the first discount. These folks are incorrect.
