False charges, difficulty in removing

The corporation charged my Credit card for three individual Nov 19 dealings, at $12.95 apiece, each recognized as MNI CREDITRPT MNTR SVC. I'd never approved this type of support, so when I telephoned them-they stated they'd no-account in my own name. They further explained the three costs, all to my Credit card range, was for three additional titles (not one of them mine). They believed to solve it I'd need to contact their Scam Division. After I did that, the individual I talked to stated I'd need to deliver him a duplicate of the charge card record to show I had been the actual cardholder. And so I did, by email, seeking an instantaneous response. I've not yet noticed something from their website. The entire procedure, you start with the deceptive fees, makes me really dubious. I've terminated the charge card. I wonder precisely what type of a surgical procedure this location is.
