Freelancewriters.com continue to charge me for a product I haven't received

This company have been billing me for a product I have not received. I singned up to pay a fee of $2.95 but I have only realised today that they have been charging me almost $50 per month since September.
I have been unable to contact this company as when I try to login I am directed to a totally different site.
