Went into bank account w/o consent

Organization went into my banking account without my permission they stated got a pay day loan and that I haven't gotten a pay day loan of any sort and so I dont understand how they experienced my acct i named and have for my money-back along with a repetition from the title of ruth advd me that she'd stop this and also have my cash set

Back to my acct on 12-12-2208 by today 12-31-08 it's not occur after I named them nowadays thay explained the 29.95 was low returned i advd tham which was not waht I had been advised i request a sup plus they WOn't I would like to talk to one alex advd me they werew in a closed-door assembly he then hung-up on me i called back and got him again inquire why did he hang up the phone stated he wasn't speaking with me and so I request the sup again he then wwent onto state his chef quit ill i advised he he was informing a rest due to the prior discussion I'm vey upset this organization has had my cash out-of my acct without my Permission plus one must be achieved about this not only for me personally however for everybody that has been fool into this fraud its incorrect i dont actually understand how this happen
