Live Well Financial
Unethical Business Practices

Business & Finance

I, too, was employed by Live Well Financial as a reverse mortgage specialist. I attended internet classes for training. They only supplied computer software which their employees had to pay for, plus I paid $65.00 for 6 leads. They never provided any written manuals or documents for our usage. The management informed me that I would not need a license to operate this business in the State of Texas. I reached licensing requirements in the State of Texas and it certainly looked like I needed a license to preform reverse mortgage services in the State of Texas. Therefore, after I had paid for the software and my leads I choose to not conduct this business in the State of Texas. They are not a reliable company to their employees so I'm afraid of what unethical business practices they may do with actual customers.
