Multiple FDCPA Violations

I actually donot actually understand where you can start...

They have been calling virtually every evening for around 2 weeksapproximately concerning a debt which was questioned with original lender. The couple occasions my spouse did call-back or solution, they presented as unique lender within the telephone. They actually tried to discuss funds within the title of unique lender, which we declined

We found it wasn't the initial lender once the collector, who offered an obviously phony title, offered the Tate & Kirlin mailing address and data when collector solicited for four-post-old assessments to maintain him off our shells til then (and included if we did not send fee, he'd include attention)! Instant red-flag, I understand the initial lender is about the up or more.
