MB digital Underground has used electronic checks to remove money from two different checking accounts of mine. One check had my son's name on it (he and I are both owners of that checking account) with some odd address in Plainfield, Wisconsin. We live in Columbus, Ohio. They also removed funds from a checking account in my name only, with my name and my current address.

I called the phone number the digital check with my name on it (866-532-4801) that was answered by a man with an American accent (not foreign). He acted very sincere and surprised that I had not ordered these services from MB Digital Underground. He said his company was a 3rd party biller and MB Digital Underground was an "entertainment" website. I asked him what he meant by "entertainment", was it pornography. He said "I was going to tell you about that." and that is all he said. He told me he put a stop on the "
account" and that they would not be allowed to charge me anymore, and by doing so, I would receive a refund in 7 to 10 days.

My son got pretty much the same run around when he called in November - to a different phone number - talked to a woman who said she would refund his money. It has been over a month, he has called more than once and has never been refunded.

I am going to my bank today to have to file an afidavit of fraud and close both accounts.

I have read where some believe this has some sort of connection with Mary Kay cosmetics. I am a Mary Kay consultant. I sent Mary Kay an e-mail 2 days ago and have not heard back from them yet.
