Order Cancled but still billed

Requested the test item, once obtained subsequently I ended the regular purchase that I don't desire to obtain. Did that on 12/9/08 through email so that I would have a record and now on 12/22/08 I was billed for the item. Used to do not obtain the things they are charging me for or do I'd like it. Can't achieve them by telephone because it simply disconnects you. The live-chat doesn't function, once struck publish it shuts the screen, they deliver you a contact declaring as you were traditional with a few support websites that aren't productive.

They have to be stopped...
