Ripoff. I made a huge mistake, harassed & lied to

My name is Katie and I live in Minnesota. I purchased a manufactured home in April. I decided to deal with Conseco Finance because it was the company in which the current owner had their loan with.

I feel I made a huge mistake. I have been harassed, lied to and treated rudely by their customer department. I have since learned that there have been numerous complaints against this company. I realize I am only on small voice, but I want other people to know about this company and make sure they know what
they are getting themselves into.

I was a first time home buyer and didn't know a whole lot about mortgage and finance companies. Most of the paper work was done
over the phone. I feel somewhat foolish, as I am still
confused by it.

I would not consider myself a consumer advocate, but I just feel compelled to tell someone how rotten I have been treated. My complete story is somewhat lengthy but I will share my story if it will help. If I could save anyone from having to experience what I have, then it will have been worth it.
