Unauthorized bill of 11.99 to me debit card

Our bill continues to be billed 11.99 on 12/18/08. I've never heard about the corporation and also have no ide4a wherever they got any agreement to cost me this quantity. I subsequently obtained a $10 "check" within the email having a fraud present on the charge card.
