Lied to us and told us that we were lying

Went in and got a second loan through them and they lied to us and attached it to our home when we asked if it was a second morgage we were told no and when we went to refinance we found out that there was a lean on our house, when called to make complaint was told that we were liers and that we were wrong and didn't help us at all. We pay our bills on time every month the least we could have asked for was help and didn't recieve that from them. They are dishonest and wouldn't recommend them to anyone because they will lie to you.
