Second Loan Became Lien on Home, Told We Were Wrong

I went in and got a second loan through them. They lied to us and attached it to our home. When we asked if it was a second mortgage, we were told no, and when we went to refinance, we found out there was a lien on our house. When I called to make a complaint, I was told that we were liars and that we were wrong, and they did not help us at all. We pay our bills on time every month. The least we could have asked for was help, and we did not receive that from them. They are dishonest, and I would not recommend them to anyone because they will lie to you.
