Was Lied to & now Letter Ignored!

I refinanced my adjustable mtg coming due in March. When I called I was told 7% fixed. I said it's too high & another bank gave me a better offer. I was told
by the assoc Joe Coppathat there was a conversion opeiotn & if a better rate came up once a year I could change it at no fees. He even gave me his extension if I needed to do so (later found it was no such ex) I called to get a better rate since they have gone down & was told no conversion, I'm stuck with that rate. I wrote a letter to Mr. Lewis CEO 12/03/08 about all this & how I was ripped off & have been totally ignored! We bailed them out & now the new rates are to help them too thanks to us & what do they do they lie to us & con us! I'm shopping around now for an honest bank to put my accts!
