Attempting to collect on a vacated judgment

Pollack and Rosen visited courtroom to document a view in 1997 against my spouse for Columbia Clinic. Your boy had emergency surgery and we didn't have health care insurance for him.in 2006 they returned to courtroom and submitted to truly have the ruling left. We were really amazed however it was approved from the courtroom and that I genuinely believe that created the view null and emptiness.

Only received a notice today within the email December that they're trying to gather about the view

May they reestablish a reasoning without informing the courtroom or getting appropriate motion to inform us before achieving this? Is that this illegitimate?
