Hooray..!!! These bums are gonna get done in by federal regularors... I look at my statement in spetember and my rate was 31% and the Next month at 32 %... Before that, I was at 18% which I was living with, When I questioneded there reasoning, They stated my other accounts triggerered this. I stated that my other credit cards were not being used... They would not responed. I then closed my account and I have other accounts anyway. From better companies...
