Debt Recovery

My spouse obtained a phone from ARS on his individual mobile phone about a classic Money One charge card that I ended years back. After he blasted them, they called my mom about that who explained to contact them. They declare that I owed 100 with this card and through the years of curiosity, fines etc. I currently owe them 719.44. They desired immediant cost in a reduced quantity. I had been outoftown and stated that I'd consider this after I returned home. Our parents obtained a notice on 12-17-08 challenging payment due 12-19-08. The notice claims that after I deliver a check they'd make use of the rounting figures from my check to obtain further cash due? I called Their State Attorney Generals office plus they stated it's a probable fraud. Because the cancelation of the charge card (3 yrs.), I've since committed, had a young child, and shut individual bank balances. I applied my parents tackle and telephone number for this consideration and also have never gotten something about anything being due. Should be good to hold back decades after cancelation to express we would like more!!! I'm processing grievances wherever I will after viewing all of the fits from this organization.
