I ordered the Google Success Kit with knowledge there would be a $1.00 charge to my checking account. I just now checked my account and there was a charge of $11.95 that I did not approve of. I need this money credited back to my account asap. I will talk to my bank and see what procedures I need to take to get my money back and terminate this program.
