Personal Loan was approved with a "SECURITY DEPOSIT" This is a SCAM

I was contacted by Charles D Financial after applying online at Liberty Financial for a personal loan. The person that I have talked to goes by the name of Andrew Forest at extension 221. After agreeing to the loan I was sent the loan agreement via e-mail. I was told then that I would need to send a security deposit of $975.00 due to my poor credit rating. The security deposit would be held in a trust account for the first six months then would be returned to me after I had proven that I would make my payments on a timely basis.

On December 15 I wired the money and after contacting Andrew Forest again because the funds that were supposed to be sent were not there I was told that I needed to send in additional funds because my credit rating in a week had dropped further so that the company would need a larger deposit to release the funds. At this point I realized that I had been ripped off.

I would hope that anyone trying to secure a loan would research more than I have. Also this company is at the phone number 347-562-2648. If you google this number you will find that they have used several different names for companies with several different scams.
