Is nothing but a rip off

I applied for a loan with them and they said I was approved and gave me a confirmation number and everything and then they never put the money in my account and then a couple of weeks later I noticed I was being charged 90 from them to renew a loan I never even recieved!!! I had to go to the bank and fill out forms to do a stop payment which I had to pay for! And all because of a scam online and now I may even have to close my account that I have had forever!!!
